Session 1 consists of:
An overview of the many beer styles; basic ingredients, brewing
styles, and regional varieties from Europe and North America

Session 2 concentrates on:
The lighter pilsners, lagers, and wheat beers

Session 3 addresses:
The darker lagers, ales, porters, and stouts


Class meets Sunday 4/25, 5/2, 5/16 @ 3:00pm
Participants must be 21 or older.

A $25 tasting fee will be collected in class. Class fills quickly.
