All of Stockholm’s handcrafted beers are freshly brewed in an Old World
Tradition, cask-conditioned and unfiltered, for full balanced flavor.
Our beers begin with a blend of 2 row barleys and select hops, which
are cooked in the small vat in our front window. Once this “wort” has
cooled, it is then transferred to the large fermenter where a special
brewer’s yeast imported from Australia is added. Initial fermentation
lasts roughly four days. The young beer is then transferred to kegs
where it continues to ferment. This allows for the “cask-conditioning”
which naturally carbonates our beers.
Lastly, we do not filter our beers, thus accounting for their remarkable smooth yet full flavor.
