Our Steaks are USDA Choice, wet aged for 21 days, with sufficient marbling present for taste and tenderness, thus insuring more flavor.

Our select sushi grade fish are is cut and prepared on board ship and frozen below -4 ° to maintain the integrity of the fish. So good we could serve it raw.

Our ribs undergo a 5-step process starting with overnight marinating in our Downtown Honey Brown Ale and ends smothered in our own in-house barbeque sauce.
